We will never pass on your details to a third party, and will only contact you in relation to any order that you may place, or if you sign up to receive occasional newsletters.

SHIPPING

We will endeavour to ship your order within 3 working days, but please bear in mind that we have to travel 5 miles or more to the nearest Post Office, so it may take a little longer. We will inform you when your order has left the building!

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we are happy to provide a refund or exchange provided you let us know within 3 days of receiving your order and return the goods to us within 14 days in an undamaged and unused state.

COLOUR ACCURACY

Please be aware that the differences between screens and devices may mean that colours may be slightly different in the product to those seen on-line. We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, but in the event that you are not happy please refer to our returns policy above.
